D.67-217.8 – I had a terrible day of eating. My diet consisted of a few donuts and iced white chocolate mocha from Starbucks. I didn’t have time to make up my long run, but did manage to work out a little. So I guess it was another bad weekend and I really need to be careful as my opportunities to workout this week will be limited. (Down 14.2 pounds)
As many of you who have struggled with weight-loss know, the struggle is quite real. Yesterday should have been a day for me to eat healthy and try and undo some of the damage from Saturday’s party. Yet, since we decided to meet at USC on a Sunday for an upcoming project I ended up indulging in donuts, sherry, and later on some iced white chocolate mocha from Starbucks.
Fitness
I did some limited weight-lifting today. I really wanted to go out for a run, but just couldn’t find the time to do it. 😦 I’m going to try and hit the gym tomorrow after work, if not I’ll have to wait until Tuesday.

2 hard-boiled eggs
Lunch
2 whole donuts and probably another whole donut worth of bites accompanied with some sherry.
Dinner
By this point in the day I just felt like I had already blown it so I went to Starbucks for some iced white mocha.
