365: Day 152 – Not a bad start

Last night, I went to bed at 10:30 and and worked on just a few things before calling it a night, but I had a hard stop at 11pm. I unfortunately was not able to sleep until about 1:30am. This wasn’t surprising given how accustomed I have become to going to bed at such a late hour. My alarm on my watch was still set to 5:30 am I fully intended to get up at that hour, but I unfortunately missed my alarm and instead ended up waking at 7:30am. So I changed the clothes I left ready for a workout and headed out the door. I ended up doing just over 2.5 miles.

The pictures above are the patch I was on. It’s a bike and pedestrian path that runs parallel to Metro’s Orange Line. It’s just a block away from where I live so I will try going a little bit earlier tomorrow! 🙂
