
Since it is President’s Day, we drove down to Irvine to eat from my favorite Taiwanese restaurant. I’m going to draft this post as I go from my iPhone to simplify the task of making a daily post and hopefully free up some time this evening to start drafting a post on the farm I went to yesterday.
Now for the food. Most of these dishes I have not tried to make myself, so I don’t have sufficient background knowledge to make any insightful commentary about each dish. So instead, I’m posting pictures with a brief description of what each is.
